Tahoe Sierra

Tahoe Sierra, formerly known as Sierra Tract, is situated in the middle of town along HWY 50 and has several access points. This affordable neighborhood is between Trout Creek Meadows and Truckee River giving homeowners ample outdoor beauty and recreation without having to leave the neighborhood. City amenities are also mere minutes away thanks to quick access to popular restaurants like Off The Hook, Cold Water Brewery, The Hangar, salons, spas, locally owned boutiques and much more. Of course, like every other neighborhood in Lake Tahoe, residents enjoy ski resorts, nightlife, hiking and biking trails and being 5-15 minutes away from the various beaches. This neighborhood is larger and probably the most affordable with many entry-level priced homes perfect for the first-time homebuyer. There is also a mix of classic cabins, multi family properties and newer, larger construction. The other perk to this neighborhood is that in the summertime, you can walk to the Tuesday Farmer’s Market.
