Mark Salmon took the time to research the current real estate market, the trends in each local area, and knew how to price my home for sale so that I would receive the maximum amount of money and it would sell quickly. Mark Salmon was trustworthy, professional, helpful, understanding of my personal needs, and most of all, knowledgeable as a real estate agent and local member of the community. He held open houses, was respectful of my family as we were still living in the home, yet kept in mind that it was our goal to sell the home and be able to move away within a limited amount of time. Super competent agent! Mark reallys knows the Tahoe area, and he was extremely responsive and helpful at every step of the process of shopping, negotiating, and closing on a new home. In our case Mark was both the selling and buying agent, and yet we felt very comfortable he was representing our interests at all times, including pointing out things we missed that we could negotiate on to improve the final deal. We contacted several agents before we decided to use Mark. He was much friendlier and had more information than the other agents. His knowledge of the area and the houses was fantastic. He was very honest about the pros and the cons of every house that we looked at. He obviously was not just trying to get a quick sale, or to sale us the house that cost the most. Even after the sale was completed, Mark has been fantastic about helping us with questions that we had about the area.
