Mark Met All of Our Criteria in an Agent

When looking for a good real estate agent, I always have a few criteria in mind:

  • Relentless in pursuit of what the client is looking for
  • Great communications and honesty
  • Ability to truly understand the client’s preferences (what is it that I am really looking for)
  • Great knowledge of the market

Mark was absolutely fantastic in all these dimensions. He not only knows the market exceptionally well, but he also seems to know everyone there.

There wasn’t a single property that we were considering that he didn’t know about – its history or the people associated with it. As our search progressed Mark expertly guided us from looking at various homes, making an offer, to transitioning to a search for a vacant lot.

Once we identified a lot that was recently taken off the market but met our requirements, Mark helped us to convince the owners to consider selling and helped us negotiate the deal. He also, through his personal contacts, was able to drastically accelerate the deal and help us get the required building rights.
