I am old school regarding communication. Mark adapted his cutting edge client contact and management process to make sure we stayed in touch and up to date (He adapted to me) A great example of his commitment and responsiveness – I needed a hard copy of the closing documents in Tahoe and did not have easy access to a printer. Mark (after the close) took time out of moving his family to a new home to meet me and get me a copy. Amazing level of client commitment and service.
