My name is not important, but what is important is the fact that I had a home to sell and the difference between me and the rest was that not selling my home affected my family and our lifstyle. From the beginning, I listened to what Mark had to say and for whatever reason always ruled on my natural instinct. If he said the sky was blue and I didn’t like what I heard, I went the other direction and he went there with me with grace. After 3 years of being on the market we sold our home and life was as I knew it would be again. I also have to say that in the end, Mark was dead on. He was always there looking out for our best interests, it just took me a while to digest the facts. In my situation it was hard to accept a loss. Hind sight is 20/20 as we all know. My 20/20 vision only allows one thought and that is that 2 years ago if I would have had listened to Mark and sold my home then, it would have been for substantiually more. But I can today take a lemon and turn it into a spring drink. In the end I sold my home, my family got their active life style back, I can now breath and I have a new friend. The Salmon family is a family to which most people can relate. I truly believe that Mark does what he needs to do to both feed his family and sleep at night. He has the highest ethics and moral values and is as honest as they come. He works harder than any other person around. We all need a Mark Salmon in our lives. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone who needs a realtor for any reason. Thanx Mark!!!
