We really enjoyed our experience with Mark. As first time home buyers we were certainly a little ‘deer in the headlights’ with the entire home buying process and we didn’t have a lot of expectations of actually being able to find a home in such a seller’s market.

What I appreciate about Mark is his ‘cut to the chase’ — straightforward communication. He’s not one to put on an act for his clients or colleagues; no matter what side of the market you’re on. He talks plainly and honestly, and that’s one of those character traits that I appreciate in people in all of life – and I think that makes him easy and pleasant to work with for other agents too (buyers and sellers).

Other positives:

1. He was positive from the get go in a market that didn’t present a lot of positives for us.

2. He didn’t make us feel like 2nd class clients even though we certainly, pretty much, were.

3. He was sincerely happy and eager to help us find a home; and that’s exactly what people need in a realtor.

4. His experience and professionalism was evident from the beginning and it proved to be the difference between other realtors we talked to.
